Pure Thoughts Hand Repair Balm Review

Pure Thoughts Hand Repair Balm Review

Pure Thoughts Hand Repair Balm Review. Finally we have a proper winter here in East Sussex, even got a teeny-tiny amount of snow yesterday! But that 1mm of snow sadly was gone very quickly…So I tought it would be great to post a review of one of my saviours for such kind of weather – Pure Thoughts Mandarin & Olive Hand Repair Balm (£8.95 for 50g jar). I’ve always had very dry hands since I can remember myself and in winter it’s even worse. I don’t usually get cracked skin, instead my hands feel very tight and kind of unpleasant. I usually have hand creams strategically located around me – on my desk and in all my handbags. Quite a while ago I discovered Pure Thoughts natural skincare products and love them. Their Hand Repair Balm has become a real treat for my dry hands, replacing the need for so many hand creams.

Pure Thoughts Hand Balm is available in two flavours Mandarin & Olive and Lime & Ginger. Both of them are very nice, but I personally prefer Mandarin & Olive one! This hand balm is simply fantastic, it is created with 100% pure natural ingredients, has very smooth texture, doesn’t separate or over solidify unlike many other balms, and it’s very economical to use too.

Full ingredients list: Olive Oil, Avocado Butter, Beeswax, Castor Oil, Macadamia Oil, Mandarin Oil, May Chang Oil, Citral*, Limonene*. *Naturally occurs in essential oils.

Pure Thoughts Hand Repair Balm Mandarine & Olive

It’s a very rich balm, so it takes a couple of minutes for it to get absorbed. I usually apply it on my hands overnight to get the best results. Most of the time it’s enough, sometimes if my hands feel particularly dry, I will apply it during the day as well. Mandarin & Olive Hand Balm has very refreshing citrusy scent, sweet and gentle. This balm is very moisturising, repairing and nourishing. It’s definitely one of the best hand care products I’ve tried perfect, as Pure Thoughts put it, for “hard-working hands”. This hand balm is especially handy during winter, when my poor hands cannot handle the low temperature and freezing wind really well.

I’ve also noticed that this hand balm improves the appearance and condition of my nails. My cuticle is almost invisible and never look untidy since I’ve started to use the balm. My nails look much better too, they hardly ever break or split now. This actually saves a lot of time and effort.

So, overall very pleasant and useful skincare product to have around. I am going through my second jar now and I will definitely repurchase it again once I run out of this balm!
